White Monkey White Tea brews for 2-3 minutes at 180 F. Use 1 level teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup and re-steep the same ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality.

Farmer: Yao Yi Lin (30+ years growing White Monkey Green Tea)

This green tea is a unique variety grown in China. The white tips of these leaves show the quality. 

Aroma: fresh, delicate scent, cooked vegetables, slightly herbal, and smells slightly roasted

Flavor: sweet, metallic, astringent, grassy, vegetal, and herbal

Mouthfeel: slightly harsh, lingering grassiness, tingly mouthfeel, and a smooth, bright cup
