This broken-leaf black tea from Vietnam brings a spicy flavor. The spiciness comes from the unique fermentation and drying process the tea goes through. The mild, fully aromatic tea is great for those looking to have a simple black tea without thrills.
Vietnamese Black Tea brews for 4-5 minutes at 200 F. Try to stay away from brewing this tea at or near the boiling point as the tea loses much of its flavor. Use 1 level teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup and re-steep the ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality. Enjoy!
