This old Russian recipe creates an aromatic and soft tea with a slightly smoky note reminiscent of the time of the czars. To feel like a king in the morning, brew yourself a warm cup of our Russian Breakfast Tea.
Russian Breakfast Tea brews for 4-5 minutes at 200 F. Keep the water below the boiling point to preserve flavor without bitterness or metallic aftertaste. Use 1 level teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup. Re-steep the ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor and quality.
