The large twisted ‘yellow tea’ leaves brew a lovely golden yellow color and display soft, airy notes of dry, crispy fruit and a well-made tippy Darjeeling. Far more mellow than traditional Darjeelings, the lingering floral notes help sell the ‘yellowness’ of this tea.

Hunan Yellow Tea brews for 2-3 minutes at 180 F. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of dry ingredients for a 6-ounce cup and re-steep the same ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality.
