These strikingly straight tea leaves from Simao, Pu-erh, Yunnan, China, make a medium-bodied liquor with notes of spice and cocoa and hints of wildflower honey. The “Snow Buds #100” cultivar, known for its big downy buds, is carefully shaped and oxidized to make a smooth, delicious brew with an impressive presentation.
Golden Needle Black Tea brews for 3-5 minutes at 212 F. Use 1-2 heaping teaspoons of dry ingredients for an 8-ounce cup and re-steep the same ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality.
