This White Peony variety displays a delicate cup of young tea buds. The pale yellow cup is light bodied, yet has complex notes of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness. Savor this more refined ‘White A ‘Cappella’’ tea!

Floral Symphony Tea brews for 3 minutes at 180 F. Use 1 heaping teaspoon of dry ingredients for an 8-ounce cup and re-steep the same ingredients up to 3 times without compromising flavor or quality.

Ingredients: White A 'Cappella' tea (tea buds collected and withered prior to opening)

Origin: Fujian province, China
